Going to School Can Be Dangerous!

JANUARY 2018

Bears and elephants are moving into populated areas because their natural habitat is shrinking. They are hungry and looking for food. Not only are they dangerous, they are very destructive; tearing up trees, fields, and even invading homes looking for food.

We have a preschool in one such area, and it is getting dangerous for our children to come to preschool (or any school for that matter). It is also becoming difficult for Christians to attend church depending on where the herds are on any Sunday morning.

Can you imagine walking to school or church or to the market and having to contend with this?

Please pray for the safety of our children and their families in dealing with these animals.

Just to let you know, Jay and Romola have returned home to India safely. Thank you for all of your prayers for their health and healing. You are all such a blessing to us.
